Spacious four-bedroom home less than ten minutes from Plum Island beaches and historic downtown Newburyport. The house offers comfort and privacy in a quiet residential neighborhood. With central heat and AC, it sleeps eight comfortably.
Living and Dining Rooms
Living room open and spacious living room is connected with the dining room. In the living room there is comfortable seating, a Samsung Frame TV, and an electric fireplace. The dining room has seating for eight people
Kitchen
The sunny kitchen is connected with the living and dining room on one side and with a door to a deck on the other. It is well equipped with dishwasher and small appliances like coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, popcorn maker, and electric kettle. We supply basic cooking and cleanup supplies like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, detergent, paper towels, and sponges.
One bedroom and bathroom downstairs
The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom with shower over tub.
Three additional bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The last upstairs bedroom has a pair of extra-long twin beds and a small desk.
Basement
The basement has a small recreation space with a ping pong table and electric piano. Laundry machines are also available in the basement.
Outside
Outside, there is a fenced backyard with a large deck, dining table for eight, propane heater, covered outdoor bar, gas grill, and wood burning fire pit* with comfortable lounge seating.
There is a basketball hoop in the front of the house at the end of the driveway.
* Fire pit cannot be used when the state of Massachusetts or town of Newbury issue burn bans. This happens occasionally after extended dry weather.
