The house comfortably sleeps eight in four bedrooms with two baths and is in a quiet neighborhood. Its features, including generous living space, a large fenced yard with a spacious deck, an outdoor bar, and playful amenities like ping pong and basketball, make the house a fun and relaxing place to spend time between your adventures.

The space

Inside the house, you’ll find a bright, open floor plan with spacious living and dining areas, a cozy fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a large deck. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and a full bath, providing plenty of space and privacy.

The large fenced yard is perfect for grilling, dining, or relaxing by the fire pit, and a basketball hoop adds to the fun. The fenced yard and nearby meadow create a peaceful setting for your stay.

The basement offers more entertainment with a ping pong table and a small electric piano keyboard. There is also a basement laundry area.

The house is family-friendly, offering a high chair, a portable folding crib, and a selection of games.

Accessibility

Though the house is not wheel-chair accessible and therefore not fully accessible, it can accommodate guests with some mobility issues thanks to the following features:

  • The driveway is wide, leaving room for assistance while getting in and out of cars.
  • There are only three steps between the entry pathway and the house; these steps have a handrail.
  • There is a ground-floor bedroom and full bath.
  • A tall toilet is installed in the downstairs bathroom.
  • The ground floor bath has a tub with two vertical grab bars (see photos).
  • A shower chair is available by request.

Note that the side entrance has taller steps than the front. The front entrance is recommended for guests with limited mobility.
